We are a supper club/ popup restaurant run by St Ives chef, Lee Skeet

Lee was formerly sous chef for Gordon Ramsay and Tom Aikens, as well as working for Marcus Wareing at his 2 Michelin starred restaurant. Before leaving London to return to the South West, Lee was Head Chef at Hedone which at the time held one Michelin star, and was ranked in the world’s 100 best restaurants.
